I offer an individualised and holistic approach to supporting illness, improving health, and optimising wellbeing. By assessing all aspects of a modern life, including stress, sleep, lifestyle, physical activity, and of course nutrition, I help clients develop a wholefoods lifestyle that is maintainable long term. I do not believe in an ‘all or nothing’ approach, it’s about balance and knowing what is best for you and your body.

I offer one-on-one nutrition consultations to help with specific health issues as well as overall health and wellbeing. I can provide fully personalised health and nutrition plans, tailored supplementation, and functional testing.

My mission is to empower people to restore optimal health and vitality. I truly believe that the body has an amazing ability to heal itself, when listened to and nourished accordingly. Our health is the most valuable asset we have, therefore it is imperative we protect it.

Using holistic principles, backed up by current science-based research, I am dedicated to helping you get to the root cause of your health concerns.

Your initial consultation includes a 90-minute in clinic consultation plus a personalised health plan to help you reach your goals. Recommendations may include nutrition, lifestyle changes, and supplementation.

 During the initial consultation, we will have an in-depth conversation exploring your health history, discussing nutrition, lifestyle, presenting concerns, and current health and wellness goals. Recent blood work, diagnostic testing, and current supplementation will be reviewed.

 Within one week, 5 working days, you will receive your personalised health plan via email which can be discussed via phone or Skype to cover any questions you have.

 Please note that prior to your initial consultation, a health history form and a food and symptom diary will be emailed to you for completion. These will need to be completed and emailed back to me at least 48 hours prior to your consultation.

 Short on time? Consultations can be done via Skype or Zoom at your convenience.




During 45-minute follow-up appointments we will discuss your current health plan and track your progress. We will make adjustments if necessary, and further goals will be given, when needed, to ensure you are continuing to reach your optimal health and wellness goals. Follow ups are recommended at 3-4-week intervals.
